Euler Hermes Services UK Limited is the overall controller for the personal information we process for the purposes of organising UK events using Evessio platform, unless otherwise stated.

Our general privacy notice is available at Privacy Notice | Euler Hermes (allianz-trade.com) and sets out your rights in relation to us processing your personal data and some other useful information about how you can contact us and exercise your rights.

How do we get your personal information and why?

If you would like to register for 2022 Annual Trade Credit & Political Risk Insurance Industry Dinner ("Event") and book your table / place, we will collect your personal information and information about you guests via an event registration form. Last event's data (from 2019) was provided to us by the previous host.

If you are already our client / partner, you may be notified by us of the upcoming Event through our newsletter or a direct invitation sent to your email address that we hold on our records.

Our lawful basis for collecting and processing your or your guests data for the purposes of attending the Event is your informed consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

What information do we collect from you?

When you sign up for the Event we will ask you to provide personal information so that we can identify who attends the Event, take the booking, process payment, issue tickets and personalise any follow up communication. This includes:

• First name
• Last name
• Email – we will use this to communicate with you about the Event
• Company and role
• Dietary and accessibility requirements
• Payment information

What will the information be used for?

• Book and issue tickets
• Plan the Event including table planning and food preferences
• Communicate with you about the Event, including sending you and your guests post event photographs
• Process payment which will be done through Stripe payment platform

Also, attendees' basic details will be used to collate a list of attendees which will be provided to next year's host of the Event.

Platform and processor

In order to process booking we use a supplier and data processor called Version Two Limited ("Evessio"), the provider of Evessio event booking platform. When you book the Event your event registration details will be received by Evessio apart from payment information that will be processed through Stripe payment platform. By booking the Event, you consent to processing of your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and Evessio's privacy policy at https://www.evessio.com/live/en/page/privacy-policy.

Payment information is transmitted using HTTPS encryption; Evessio does not store payment information.

Will my data be transferred to another country?

If you decide to register for the Event, your and your guests data will be stored on the Evessio platform until after the Event is completed.

Evessio also uses sub-processors for hosting services (located in Ireland) and for debugging and support services (located in the USA).

By registering for the Event, you consent to the transfer of your and your guests' data to Ireland. The USA sub-processors are not used for the processing of any personal data provided by attendees of the Event.

Euler Hermes Services UK Limited has a data processing agreement in place with Evessio to ensure compliance with data privacy legislation.
